Facilities Manager
My client, a Managing Agent, is seeking a Facilities Manager with experience overseeing 5 to 7 buildings, primarily office spaces, located in close proximity within the West End of Central London. You will be responsible for managing sites, liaising daily with service partners, and engaging closely with tenants. Additionally, you will attend meetings with the property owners of the portfolio.
The role reports to a Head of FM and offers scope for growth and development. Responsibilities include managing project works on-site from inception to completion, appointing relevant contractors, and managing service charge budgets. The position offers flexible working arrangements.
