Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with service partners to ensure risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before work begins.
- Produce monthly reporting on service partner performance and manage service partner invoicing.
- Maintain the H&S platform, raise purchase orders, issue instructions, and follow up on works.
- Handle correspondence (post, couriers), make bookings, and track spend.
- Take minutes and manage the team diary.
- Communicate directly with on-site stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
