Facilities Administrator to support a site in London. Daily responsibilities will include liaison with service partners, ensuring all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reports on service partner performance, handling service partner invoicing, updating the H&S platform, raising POs, instructing and following up on works, managing post, couriers, making bookings, and tracking expenditure.

The role involves significant direct communication with tenants on-site, both verbal and written, so strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric and highly organized.
