Associate Director - Central London - Managing Agent - People Management focus in City of London

My client a leading Property Co./Managing Agent seeks an Associate Director with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the the delivery of FM services on a varied portfolio . You will be responsible for a team of Building Managers at varying levels and different types of assets located Central London. You will liaise with service partners on a strategic levels as well as end Building owners.
You will also deal with PDR\’s , recruitment , development and disciplinaries for the team.
Another key part of the role will involve very close stakeholder engagement to deliver a fit for purpose service , looking at initiatives and accreditations like recycling , NET Zero , WELL. SMART buildings, etc
You will work very closely with the client to make sure objectives are met and that change is brought about.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
