Role Overview

My client, a Leading Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning and operations of a site in excess of 130,000 sq ft, in Central London - West End.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning and operations of the site.
  • Develop and manage service charge budgets.
  • Oversee health and safety on site, holding IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Manage service partners and engage with tenants on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate tenant fit‑out works over a period of 18 months.
  • Deliver a tenant‑experience focused service and partner with service partners to create a 'one team' ethos.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
  • Experience overseeing health and safety on site.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of ESG, NET Zero, WELL, and BREEAM.
