My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 70,000 sq ft. Key qualities include being customer focused and delivering on ESG, NET Zero, and SMART buildings. You will also be responsible for supporting a team of FM's on a remote basis 50% of the time.

You should have previous experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, as well as overseeing health and safety on site; an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential. In addition to managing on-site service partners, you will engage with end users (tenants) daily. Clear communication, whether written or verbal, is imperative to operate this flagship site effectively.
