My client a notable Managing Agentis looking for a Building Manager tooversee operations of a site in excess of 70,000sq ft,. Key that you are "customer focused" and also deliver on ESG, NET Zero and SMART buildings. You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale as well as exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential. As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis. It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site.
