My client a boutique Property Company is looking for a Building Manager tooversee operations of a site in excess of 150,000sq ft,.
Key that you are "customer focused", you will have an ABM reporting to you.
You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale as well as exposure to overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential, as well as exposure dealing with snags defects and fit out works.
As well as management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site.
The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos'so being “customer centric” is vital to this role.
