My client, a leading Property Co./Managing Agent, seeks an Associate Director with experience managing a portfolio and overseeing the delivery of FM services on a varied asset base. You will be responsible for a team of Building Managers at varying levels across Central London assets and will liaise with service partners and building owners on a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, development and disciplinaries for the Building Manager team.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver a fit‑for‑purpose service, incorporating initiatives and accreditations such as recycling, NET Zero, WELL, and SMART buildings.
- Ensure objectives are met and facilitate change across the portfolio.
- Oversee project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management and portfolio oversight.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multi‑level teams.
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Track record in managing budgets and contractual relationships.
