A Managing Agent is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to support a Trophy site in Central London. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with service partners to ensure all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
- Producing monthly reports on service partner performance and managing related invoicing.
- Keeping the H&S platform updated, raising POs, instructing and following up on works.
- Overseeing service charge budgets.
There will also be significant direct communication with tenants, both verbal and written. Therefore, strong communication skills are essential. The role requires an individual who is customer-centric and highly organized.
