A Managing Agent is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to support a Trophy site in Central London.

Daily responsibilities include liaising with service partners to ensure all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before work begins, producing monthly reports on service partner performance, managing service partner invoicing, updating the H&S platform, raising POs, instructing and following up on works, and overseeing service charge budgets.

The role also involves significant direct communication with tenants, both verbal and written, so strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric and highly organized.

Essential Experience

  • Experience working for a service provider, on the client side, as a managing agent, or with a developer/operator is crucial for this role.
