A Managing Agent is seeking an Assistant Building Manager to support a trophy site in Central London.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Liaising with service partners to ensure risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before work begins.
- Producing monthly reports on service partner performance and managing related invoicing.
- Keeping the H&S platform updated, raising POs, instructing and following up on works, and overseeing service charge budgets.
- Communicating directly with tenants both verbally and in writing, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
The role requires a highly customer-centric and organized individual.
Essential experience: Working for a service provider, client side, managing agent, or developer/operator is key.
