Concorde Technology Group Limited are looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team. This role is based from our Head Office in Ossett West Yorkshire and will require travelling to customer sites throughout the UK mostly within 2-3 hours drive of Ossett, but may occasionally be further afield.

The ideal candidate will have an organised and disciplined work ethic. You will be required to work within strict customer driven SLAs and must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work on your own or as part of a small team. The package will be based on the experience of the individual but will include a company issued vehicle.

The key attributes and skills you will be able to demonstrate include:

  • Responding to service calls on client sites.
  • Resolve complex technical faults maintaining regular communication with the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance as and when requested ensuring that full activity records are documented.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience from a similar Engineering role.
  • Lenovo qualified PC Service Technician & Customer Service for Service Technician and/or other vendor accreditations would be advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills required.
  • Printer repair and an understanding of mechanical print process is essential.
  • Printer driver and connectivity- local & network experience is required.
  • PC hardware/software & server hardware experience required.
  • Ability to update call systems live.
  • Excellent customer service & client interfacing skills essential.
  • To be flexible & willing to carry out additional duties as & when required.
  • To adhere to Group Information Security Policy.
  • Working to ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
  • Any other duties as required.
