A fantastic full time and permanent opportunity is available for an experienced voids supervisor to join our busy and friendly regen department. We are looking for an additional supervisor to get involved and help oversee multi trade operatives completing tiling, plastering and finishing works on void properties. The ideal candidate will thrive on working in a fast-paced role which involves completing work to deadlines and at a high standard. The ideal candidate will be organised, pro-active and able to work well alone or as part of a team. The individual will enjoy new challenges, leading by example and delivering excellent services to clients and tenants whilst refreshing buildings and bringing them back to life!
The day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and tenants
- Overseeing works on void & tenanted properties for social housing contracts
- Capturing extra works and reporting back to management
- Undertaking supervisory role for voids to the client satisfaction and to Concorde standards
- Collecting materials, calling off materials
- Competent multi trade capabilities in plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, vinyl floor laying, carpentry and finishing
- Completing all assigned training and tasks
- Maintaining company vehicles to good standard
- Upholding Concorde values and providing excellent service
The required skills and attributes are:
- Full UK Driving licence
- Work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent using basic technology- computers, mobiles, iPads and various apps.
- Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Good working knowledge and commitment in abiding to company health and safety procedures
- Effective management of workload.

This role works out of our Nottingham office with excellent staff facilities, free parking, free tea & coffee etc. As our sites span across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, travel will be required as part of the role. This position benefits from 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays and also receives paid leave while the business is closed over the festive period.
Salary is from Β£36,000 per annum dependant on experience. The role is permanent and full-time, offering a 40-hour week with overtime, excellent job stability and potential for progression. This position also benefits from a company van, quality workwear, mobile phone and iPad. We offer many opportunities for training, growth and development and work closely with our teams to help them achieve their goals. All work-related training such as CSCS card, asbestos awareness etc is provided and fully funded.
