We are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Operations Lead to support a fast growing AI technology training provider as they pilot apprenticeship programmes. You will oversee communication with learners and employers, ensure smooth end-to-end enrolment, resolve learner issues, and manage tutor case load. You should have a good general knowledge of apprenticeship programme delivery, and additionally a high level understanding of adapting IFATE standards to different delivery models, in order to advise our curriculum team. You should preferably have experience in managing internal delivery teams, as well as managing and communicating with learner cohorts. The position is a 3 month contract, with the potential of extension into a FT permanent contract for the right candidate, to further assist the scaling of our apprenticeship delivery. Required Experience Must Haves: First and foremost, considerable experience in delivering apprenticeship operations to a high standard, compliant with Ofsted and ESFA requirements Delivery team management experience High level understanding of apprenticeship curriculum design Desirable Experience: Experience in delivering apprenticeships in a fully remote setting Experience in delivering DA4, DE5, DT3 apprenticeships Responsibilities Ensuring Ofsted and ESFA compliance across apprenticeship delivery Manage the communication and reporting between provider and each learner/employer Manage the end-to-end enrolment process of each learner Triage and manage learner issues Manage tutor case load Advise on adapting IFATE standards to different delivery models
