What You Will Do

Conduct psychological assessments across personal injury, capacity, trauma, disability and clinical negligence cases

Provide short to medium‐term CBT interventions (where required)

Produce impartial CPR‐compliant medico‐legal reports

Attend court or tribunal hearings when necessary

Maintain accurate records in line with HCPC, GDPR and clinical governance

Participate in supervision & medico‐legal CPD

Requirements

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or HCPC‐recognised equivalent)

Understanding of CPR Part 35 (training provided if needed)

Medico‐legal experience advantageous but not essential — full guidance provided
