We’re Concio, a fast-growing consultancy with a mission to unlock breakthrough performance by unleashing the full creative capabilities of leaders. If you’re tired of conventional and often out-dated approaches to leadership and organisational development, and looking to join a unique and disruptive business, we might be for you. This is a career defining opportunity with significant growth potential, where you’ll have the chance to shape your role based on your evolving skills, interests, and aspirations.

We’re committed to building a world-class consultancy and need an ambitious, high impact individual to join us on the journey, collaborating closely with us and our clients, to accelerate our growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in organisational development and leadership consulting. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation (ideally a couple of years in a related field, perhaps consultancy, HR, or leadership development) and a strong desire to learn, grow, and disrupt the norm. You might not have bags of experience yet, but you’ll be ambitious, hungry to learn, and comfortable operating in high-intensity environments.

The Role

You will be a pivotal part of the team across several core aspects of the business, applying and growing your consulting skills across a range of disciplines, and working directly with a variety of global organisations. The global nature of our business means you’ll be happy and able to travel internationally, as well as adjust your schedule to meet client needs and time zones.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between world-class OD frameworks and live client consulting. Your primary focus will be acting as the Delivery and Practice Lead for The Eight Disciplines of High Performing Teams, our core methodology for transforming leadership groups. You will work directly with our clients to deliver transformative leadership development and team-effectiveness interventions rooted in The Eight Disciplines framework. To do this effectively, you will rapidly build a deep, expert understanding of The Eight Disciplines, translating this methodology into powerful live client workshops, coaching sessions, and long term OD interventions.

You will roll your sleeves up to support Partners and Senior Associates in bespoke solution design and development across a broad range of large, global Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, you will act as the lead advocate for The Eight Disciplines when speaking with current and prospective clients, helping them diagnose team dysfunctions and scoping consulting solutions that drive real-world outcomes. You will also manage multiple consulting priorities and competing demands, supporting Concio’s growth through working on new business opportunities such as proposals, tenders, and large-scale RFPs, while staying privy to the practicalities of running a growing consultancy and remaining happy to pitch in where needed.

A relentless passion for driving real world outcomes for clients is essential, as Concio’s approach is not off-the-shelf and is rooted in supporting development in the flow of work, where enabling leaders to improve their performance is at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll benefit from a competitive salary, a commission-based bonus structure, and boundless opportunity for development. We also have a comprehensive suite of benefits including enhanced pension contributions, PMI, health cash plan, life assurance, and more.

The Company

At Concio, our mission is to unlock breakthrough performance by unleashing the full creative capabilities of leaders. We deliver this by creating an environment of compassion and support, infusing leaders with courage and imagination, and then tasking them to solve their businesses most complex challenges whilst experimenting in the flow of work. We’ve seen this profoundly transform businesses, we know it’s possible, and we’re frustrated by the traditional approaches still deployed by much of the leadership development industry. We want to make a difference in the world and believe that our collective experience, combined with our commitment to delivering real results, makes us a perfect partner for any business looking to think beyond the conventional.

Concio is a strategic partner of The Leadership Circle. This partnership allows us to bring best in class leadership assessments and insights that profoundly disrupt and unlock breakthrough performance, as well as giving us access to a large global community of deep subject matter experts operating in over 20 languages. We also collaborate closely with other specialist consultancies, providing access to a broad range of best-in-class consulting and design approaches, as well as several market leading tools and platforms.
