COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of guest requests and follow them through to successful completion
- Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service upon arrival and departure to ensure our guests first and last impressions of the hotel are memorable
- Coordinate and manage requests from hotel guests in relation to business services, luggage storage, and rooming
- Work closely with the Reception team making sure the Check in Check out process is smooth and efficient
- To assist the Head Concierge with day to day tasks and cover the front door when required
Who you are:
- You will have previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel
- Proactive in approach with a self-driven attitude
- You will have excellent social interaction and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- You are knowledgeable of London in order to assist guests with their bearings and meeting their requirements
- A working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential
- You hold a full, clean driving license (as you may be asked to assist with the parking of guests cars)
