About the Role
As Executive & Personal Assistant, you\’ll be the gatekeeper, organizer, and behind-the-scenes partner who keeps our CEO—and, by extension, the company—operating at the highest level. You’ll support with calendar management, email triage, team coordination, event logistics, household needs, and personal/family scheduling.
This is ahigh-trust, high-impactrole in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’ll be a key part of the leadership engine behind one of Massachusetts’ most respected physical therapy companies.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage and review CEO’s calendar daily and weekly; flag conflicts and prepare Sean for what’s ahead
- Monitor and professionally triage CEO’s email inbox; draft and respond to messages where appropriate
- Coordinate executive meetings (1–3x/week): confirm attendees, order meals, prep materials
- Prepare logistics for events, internal meetings, corporate offsites, and quarterly planning (materials, swag, slide decks, food, AV)
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Team & Business Operations
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams (e.g., marketing, leadership, operations)
- Check in weekly with each clinic on general needs (e.g., maintenance, supply drop-offs)
- Run business-related errands as needed, including material pickups or deliveries for the team
- Track deadlines for key meetings, follow-ups, and project milestones
Personal & Household Support
- Coordinate needs related to personal and family logistics (scheduling, errands, reservations, gifts, party planning)
- Support CEO’s household organization including properties in Grafton, Sutton, Harwich Port, and a new custom build
- Handle grocery runs, errands, and lunch coordination 2–3x/week (or manage lunch delivery service)
- Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly across business and home

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience supporting a C-level executive, founder, or entrepreneur (bonus: experience in healthcare or service-based businesses)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar management, and email communication
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver\’s license (local errands are part of the role)
- Ability to work in-person Monday–Friday; some occasional evening or weekend flexibility appreciated
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
