As our practice continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven and personable Membership Sales Manager to join our team at our Wellesbourne office and help more individuals and families discover a new kind of healthcare.
The Role
As Membership Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members. You’ll be at the intersection of sales and customer service, engaging with inbound enquiries, following up warm leads, and guiding people through the decision to join our practice.
This isn’t cold calling or transactional sales – it’s about building trust, understanding people’s needs, and helping them feel confident in choosing the right GP care for them and their loved ones.
You’ll work closely with our membership team, directors, and marketing department to ensure our services are presented clearly, ethically, and in line with the exceptional reputation we’ve worked hard to earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound enquiries from individuals, families, and businesses.
- Conducting follow-up calls and emails to guide prospective members.
- Scheduling consultations and maintaining accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Meeting and exceeding monthly membership and conversion targets.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and events by helping convert interest into action.
- Taking proactive actions to ensure member satisfaction.
- Representing Concierge Medical with warmth, integrity, and discretion at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role.
- Outstanding communication skills – confident, clear, and empathetic.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest in private healthcare and patient-centred services.
- Based locally, with reliable access to our Wellesbourne office (CV35 9RB).
