Software Trainer Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working) Bellrock Property & Facilities Management Ltd (Bellrock) is a technology-enabled business operating in the property and facilities management services sector. We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Software Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and are fully equipped to maximize the value of our SaaS platform. You will deliver training sessions, create educational materials, and act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring client success from the outset. Key responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, customize onboarding plans, conduct kickoff meetings, system configuration, and initial data imports. Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, develop training resources, and ensure clients understand how to use the software effectively. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact during onboarding, address questions, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and adoption. Collaboration: Work with sales, support, and product teams, and provide feedback on user experiences and feature requests. Metrics & Reporting: Track onboarding progress, client satisfaction, training effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Skills & Experience: 2+ years in training, onboarding, or customer success, preferably in SaaS. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades A*- C). Learning & Development or training qualifications (e.g., CIPD, TAP). Experience with project system implementation. Knowledge of ADDIE model for training development. Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences using various methods. Effective communication skills, engaging presentation skills. Proficient with SaaS platforms and quick to learn new software. Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or customer success tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight. Working arrangements: Flexible working practices with remote options. The role requires working from our Liverpool office and home.
