We are seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join our team and contribute to our innovative digital CRM and loyalty programs. Reporting to the Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the CRM and email marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Growing and nurturing the email database.
  • Developing automated email marketing programs to create seamless customer journeys that foster loyalty.
  • Collaborating with retail, brand marketing, ecommerce, creative, design, commercial teams, and IT.
  • Planning and executing the CRM and email marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Measuring, optimizing, and developing marketing activities based on KPIs to increase repeat sales.
  • Making data-driven decisions to identify and act on new opportunities, with a focus on trading plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation such as GDPR.
