We are a unique business that operates a global multichannel model across our network of over 60 Mamas & Papas stores and concessions, our .com site, and where our award-winning products are sold into over 30 countries. Through continued expansion and a passion for people, we’re looking to recruit an IT Business Analyst. The IT Business Analyst role reports into the IT Project Manager. You will work closely with IT Developers & Testers and wider stakeholders across the business to understand, interpret, document and deliver on IT projects from group/global to departmental and defined initiatives.
Note: This IT Business Analyst will be based 3 days a week at our Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (HD5 0RH) Head Office, with the other 2 days working from home. Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT Developers & Testers and wider stakeholders to understand, interpret, document and deliver on IT projects from group/global to departmental and defined initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are captured, validated and understood by all parties.
- Assist with documentation, analysis, and communication of project status, risks and dependencies.
