Overview

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and inspire a dedicated concession store team of 8, ensuring the successful day‑to‑day management and performance of the Mamas & Papas concession at NEXT in Ipswich.

Qualifications

Retail management experience – previous roles as manager, assistant manager or deputy manager. Proven ability to inspire, develop and lead store teams and deliver excellent customer service.
