We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the day‐to‐day delivery of multiple projects across sport, entertainment and live events. At Concept80, this role is intentionally hybrid. You will combine the rigour of a Production Manager with the on‐the‐ground responsibility of a Producer, planning projects in the office and delivering them live on set. This gives you rare exposure to the entire production lifecycle, from proposal and budgeting through to shoot delivery and post‐production.
This role suits someone who wants ownership, creative proximity and real responsibility, not just coordination. You will plan productions and deliver them on location. Attend shoots and act as producer on the ground. Work directly with creatives, clients and crews. You will be trusted with end‐to‐end ownership, not just coordination. You develop producer‐level judgement, not just process expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day‐to‐day management of multiple productions.
- Plan and manage schedules, budgets, logistics, travel and delivery timelines.
- Scope projects early in collaboration with the Creative Director and Senior Producers.
- Ensure proposals are accurately scoped, drafted, approved and delivered.
- Hire, brief and manage freelance crews, suppliers and production partners.
- Arrange and lead project debriefs, working closely with our analytics team on campaign performance.
- Attend shoots and act as producer on the ground.
- Manage live production logistics, crew coordination and problem‐solving.
- Maintain calm control in fast‐moving, high‐pressure environments.
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues decisively.
- Act as the day‐to‐day point of contact for key clients.
- Build trusted, confident client relationships.
- Communicate progress, changes and delivery clearly.
- Ensure client needs are met through excellent execution.
- Support creative development with practical production input into proposals and treatments.
- Oversee post‐production workflows through to final delivery.
- Manage the distribution, archiving and long‐term storage of campaign assets.
- Work with clients to ensure assets are correctly saved within central repositories.
- Build and manage production budgets alongside Senior Producers.
- Track costs, flag risks early and protect creative output.
- Support the wrap‐up of production budgets, reconciliations and financial close‐out.
You are a highly experienced Production Manager or Producer with a proven track record delivering premium, high‐pressure film or content productions.
You Will Bring- 3–4 years' experience in sports, entertainment or event‐based production.
- Agency or studio experience managing multiple productions.
- Strong client‐facing communication skills.
- A calm, solutions‐first mindset under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills paired with creative empathy.
- A passion for creativity and the ecosystem behind building content.
- An intrinsically motivated attitude.
- Deep knowledge of social media and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute to creative proposals.

This role is built on partnership: Production team: Operational structure, clarity, safety, delivery; Creative team: Big ideas, energy, ambition; Leadership: A drive to produce industry‐leading creative and content that stands among the very best in global sport and entertainment; Clients: Strategic partnership, uncompromising standards, and delivery that matches the ambition of the idea.
