Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Deliver professional software demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and how our ERP solutions can benefit their business.
- Produce accurate sales proposals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize opportunities.
- Maintain product knowledge and advise customers.
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Background in business development, account management, software implementation, and/or training.
- Consultative approach to understanding business processes and customer needs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to first-class customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and organized.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the stockist, merchant, distributor, and wholesale sector.
