Concept are seeking either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP. Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers whilst maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability. This role involves working in a dynamic and challenging environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to call-outs with professionalism and efficiency, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement necessary technical modifications. This may involve work outside standard office hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays.
- Communication: Act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other areas of the business to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Technical Support: Provide the highest level of service by resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, minimizing machine downtime.
- Training: Deliver technical advice and support.
