Are you an experienced HNC qualified service or bench engineer within the Medical or Electronics industry? Do you have experience with repairing and servicing high value capital equipment (ideally medical life support devices)? Are you looking to join a growing/developing company within the medical industry?
Objective of the Position
- Repair and Servicing of various medical devices and high value Capital Equipment
- Completing service documents and reports
- To provide telephone and email support to the Service team and External Customers.
- To help investigate and report on customer complaints.
- Maintain a high reputation for Service Support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs to factory standards.
- Commission new instruments to factory specifications before delivery.
- Complete all paperwork promptly and to a high standard as required by the company.
- Adhere to ISO 9000 / ISO 13845 requirements and Health & Safety legislation.
- Achieve objectives as agreed with line managers.
- Comply with the company's Health & Safety Policy and all regulatory standards.
- Provide first-line support for customer calls.
- Investigate and triage customer product complaints.
- Maintain the workshop to a high standard.
- Act as a technical liaison between Field Engineers and Head Office.
What you will need;
- Electrical/Electronics qualifications - Minimum HND or HNC
- Previous experience on various medical or High Value capital equipment
