We are a highly collaborative, tight-knit team based in London, moving at lightning speed.

The Role: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a vital part of our small, fast-paced team, gaining unparalleled day-to-day exposure to our senior leadership, including all three partners. We are looking for a highly motivated graduate with 1-2 years of experience who can hit the ground running and take ownership of core financial, operational, and portfolio processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fund Accounting: Take ownership of cash management, forecasting, and the efficient execution of LP drawdowns and distributions. You will also act as a key liaison with our outsourced accountants and fund administrators.
  • Operations: Support vital internal operations, including assisting with FCA reporting submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also help refine our finance systems and internal workflows to improve efficiency, taking the lead to build and manage process-driven systems.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain internal fund analytic dashboards by updating and reconciling our Airtable portfolio tracking. You will track the key performance metrics of our portfolio companies and prepare PowerPoint presentations for the partnership team, to share with our LPs. Additionally, you will support general LP relations and assist with future fundraising efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A recent graduate with 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Brings a can-do attitude, positive energy, and a strong work ethic to our tight-knit team.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong initiative, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in a long-term career in finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, ideally with an interest or experience in leveraging AI plugins and automation tools to enhance financial workflows and reporting.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of maintaining order and prioritising effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who is happy to build process-driven systems and enjoys bringing structure to a startup-like environment.
  • Able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
