Location

You must be located in the Birmingham / West Midlands area with your immediate work area covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Worcester postcodes.

We are happy to cross train from other electromechanical sectors such as Photocopier / Print and Coffee and White goods

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service by installing, repairing, and maintaining cutting‑edge equipment at customer sites.
• Provide hands‑on user training and ensure smooth operation of products.
• Keep accurate records and reports while following best‑practice procedures.
• Be an ambassador for quality and innovation by promoting products and services.

About You

You’re not just technically skilled—you’re a problem solver with a passion for customer care. You’ll combine diagnostic ability with clear communication to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. A full driving license is essential.
