We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiting Staff Team Member to join the team at a stunning beachfront hotel on the Isles of Scilly. Imagine working just moments from the beach, earning a great salary while keeping your living costs to a minimum, and enjoying everything island life has to offer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking for a change of scenery, a seasonal adventure or simply the chance to experience something completely different. What You Need to Know

  • Previous experience working as a FOH server/waiting staff member in a quality establishment is preferred
  • The position is available immediately until the end of October 2026, when the hotel closes for the winter season
  • You will need to be able to make your own way to Penzance, Cornwall, at your own expense
  • You must be happy living and working away from home for the remainder of the season
  • You should enjoy an outdoor, peaceful island lifestyle — this isn’t a party destination!
  • There is an opportunity to return for the full 2027 season, making this a great opportunity to establish yourself within the team
