- Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef\’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Consistently maintaining and exceeding high culinary standards, with a strong focus on quality and presentation.
- Contributing to menu development, with the opportunity to showcase your creativity and innovation.
- Mentoring, training, and inspiring junior chefs, nurturing their skills and helping to develop the next generation of culinary talent.

Requirements
