The Role
We are looking for confident and resilient Telemarketing Executives to join our team. You’ll be making outbound calls to businesses on behalf of our clients, engaging senior decision-makers and delivering results. This role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility while still rewarding performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to businesses on behalf of our clients
- Generating qualified leads and booking sales appointments
- Conducting telephone surveys
- Updating and validating company data
- Working to agreed dial and performance targets
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar outbound telemarketing or sales role
- Comfortable achieving 175 dials per day (campaign dependent)
- Confident speaking to senior decision makers (MD, FD, HRD, Marketing Directors)
- Clear, professional telephone manner and strong spoken English
- Good time management and self-motivation
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance of Shirley, Solihull

Pay & Commission
Hourly rate from £12.50

Commission typically ranges from:
- £125 – £225 per month
- £1,500 – £2,700 per year, depending on hours worked
Targets are adjusted fairly to reflect part-time hours, holidays, and sickness.
