A brand-new private members’ club is opening in June 2026 in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the team from the very beginning. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-end dining concept that combines classic French brasserie dishes with modern British cuisine. Working with top-quality, seasonal produce, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food in a kitchen built on precision, creativity, and high standards.

The RoleAs Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing to a smooth and professional kitchen operation from day one.
Key responsibilities include:- Taking full ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
- Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard in line with the restaurant’s concept
- Supporting the senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assisting with prep, service, and maintaining a clean and organised section
- Training and supporting Commis Chefs where required
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
We are looking for a passionate and reliable chef with strong fundamentals:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
- Experience in high-end, fresh food environments preferred
- Good understanding of modern British cuisine, with some exposure to French brasserie cooking advantageous
- Ability to confidently run a section during service
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude
- Calm and professional approach under pressure
- Valid UK work visa or settled status
- Salary of £30,000 – £32,000 plus Grats
