With operations across multiple sites in the UK and France, the company generates an annual turnover of approximately £150M and employs nearly 700 staff. The UK operations are entirely based in the West Midlands. About the Role Working closely with the Business Management System (BMS) Manager, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS must meet the requirements of EN9100, customer-specific standards, and other applicable benchmarks. This role supports key process owners across the business, ensuring processes are well-documented, maintained, and consistently followed. The QMS Engineer will enable the company to achieve operational excellence by fostering a robust and competitive QMS.
