  • Seasonal Contract: 1st October – 31st January

We are looking for two enthusiastic and professional Front of House Hosts to join our hospitality team for the upcoming shooting season.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service to guests.

Excellent rates of pay plus gratuities.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have the legal right to work in the UK.

As we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality, we are looking for committed individuals who are passionate about customer service.

Successful applicants will be expected to complete a thorough recruitment process.

Working closely with the Chef and Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving morning coffee to guests.
  • Serving drinks and canapés throughout the day.
  • Serving lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily hospitality operations.
  • Delivering warm, professional and attentive customer service at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will

  • Have previous hospitality experience (essential), ideally within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-quality pub or restaurant.
  • Take pride in your personal appearance and presentation.
  • Be friendly, confident and professional.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Be organised and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Working Hours
  • Monday to Saturday.
  • Seasonal contract from 1st October to 31st January.
  • Two weeks off over Christmas.

For the right candidate, there may be the opportunity to secure a full-time permanent position at the end of the season.
