Are you hands-on, technically minded and love being out on the road? Join a team where every day is different—travelling to different sites to repair, service and install retail weighing and food-prep equipment for supermarkets, retail outlets and independent businesses.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to expert for customers across your territory, responsible for:

  • Delivering fast, effective breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Installing and upgrading retail weighing and food-preparation equipment
  • Keeping clear and accurate service records (paper or digital)
  • Using company-provided mobile tech to manage jobs
  • Managing your own spare-parts stock and ensuring high first-time fix rates
  • Spotting and passing on opportunities for additional chargeable work
  • Providing first-class customer service—every visit, every time
  • Staying compliant with all H&S and site policies
  • Supporting customers with basic equipment training when needed

This is a field-based, independent role, ideal for someone who enjoys working solo but still wants full team support behind them.
