What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to expert for customers across your territory, responsible for:
- Delivering fast, effective breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
- Installing and upgrading retail weighing and food-preparation equipment
- Keeping clear and accurate service records (paper or digital)
- Using company-provided mobile tech to manage jobs
- Managing your own spare-parts stock and ensuring high first-time fix rates
- Spotting and passing on opportunities for additional chargeable work
- Providing first-class customer service—every visit, every time
- Staying compliant with all H&S and site policies
- Supporting customers with basic equipment training when needed
