We are seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to support our valued clients and be the central point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and service requests. The Role

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless service. You'll manage enquiries, coordinate engineer schedules, process orders, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and monitoring systems
  • Log service requests and orders accurately onto the CRM system
  • Schedule and allocate engineer service calls
  • Coordinate service visits and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Arrange customer deliveries through courier services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Support the ICT team with customer connections to remote monitoring systems
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer experience throughout

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination, administration, or scheduling role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicator with a professional and customer-first approach
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM systems would be an advantage
