Concept Resources currently have an exciting opportunity for a Control Panel Wirer to join our clients team based in Macclesfield. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in panel wiring and electrical assembly who can work efficiently from schematic and wiring diagrams. About the Role: As a Control Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for the wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and cabinets. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, able to interpret technical drawings, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and cabinets * Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams * Working efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision * Maintaining a clean and organised work environment * Supporting quality control and testing processes where needed What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in panel wiring / cabinet assembly * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Good attention to detail and a methodical approach * Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively * Team player with a flexible attitude Working Hours: We offer flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. Once permanent, you’ll have the freedom to set your own start and finish times as long as the 40.5-hour week is fulfilled. Example working hours: * Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible e.g. 7:00am – 4:00pm or 6:00am – 3:00pm) * Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm (Flexible) Benefits: * Overtime available (once permanent and based on workload) * Flexible working hours * Opportunity for a permanent position after initial period * Supportive, skilled team environment Interested?
