The Role
As Front of House Supervisor, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and guest service operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the front of house team during service
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Greeting guests and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Assisting with staff training and motivating junior team members
- Managing reservations and coordinating table service
- Ensuring service standards are consistently maintained
- Supporting with opening and closing procedures
