Set in a picturesque village on the edge of the Peak District, this countryside hotel and restaurant offers a truly food-led experience, combining contemporary hospitality with a strong connection to local producers and the surrounding landscape. We are now looking to strengthen the kitchen brigade with passionate, skilled chefs who take pride in quality, teamwork and consistency.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Service charge/tips paid on top of salary
  • 4-day working week (40 hours) with paid overtime available
