Production Print Engineer - PPD

Role : PPD – Production Print Field Engineer / MFD / Photocopier FSE
Location : Inner M25
Package : up to 40,000 + up to 25 days with length of service + training + pension + car.

Concept are seeking either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP. Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers whilst maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability.

Working for an established and trusted supplier of Canon print devices, our clients are expanding their team and recruiting for a skilled PP or MFD Photocopier FSE. Please only apply if you can offer flexibility within areas of the Inner M25.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Respond to call-outs professionally and efficiently, diagnose and resolve faults, and implement technical modifications. This may involve work outside standard hours, travel, and overnight stays.
2. Communication: Act as a key communication link between customers, the Service Team, and other business areas to ensure seamless service.
3. Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to minimize machine downtime.
4. Training: Deliver technical advice and training to maximize device capabilities.
5. Safety & Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance safely, following manufacturer guidelines and safety legislation.
6. Reporting: Complete all reports and paperwork accurately and promptly.
7. Technology Use: Utilize tools like laptops to access documentation and improve service delivery.
8. Parts Management: Communicate about parts and consumables to ensure readiness and reduce disruptions.

• Have technical expertise with a solutions-oriented approach for complex challenges in print environments.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible, including outside standard hours.
• Uphold high standards of organization, safety, and customer service.
