We\’re Hiring: HR Business Partner | Tech/FMCG | Hybrid | Travel Required

Salary: c£50,000 plus benefits

Are you a proactive HR professional with strong ER experience and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement? We\’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join this dynamic organisation!

About the Role:

In this key role, you\’ll:

• Provide expert support on HR casework (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
• Guide and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
• Play an active role in interviews, inductions, and exit processes
• Contribute to policy and process development
• Support and lead on change initiatives
• Deliver a great experience to our people through excellent HR service

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong background in Tech or FMCG environments
• Solid ER/HR advisory experience
• Change management awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organised
• A team player with a self-starter attitude
• CIPD qualified or working towards
