Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional with a strong foundation in HR advisory? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. About the Role: In this key role, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance, supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters. This includes employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a positive and effective HR service during this critical period. Key Responsibilities: Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Support recruitment processes, including on-boarding and induction. Assist in the implementation and updating of HR policies. Contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to bring: A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
