Our client is seeking a UX Designer to enhance user-friendly digital experiences within intricate pensions and benefits pathways. This role involves collaborating with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams to identify needs, streamline processes, and transform insights into effective design solutions.

What you'll do
- Conduct user research, workshops, and interviews to gather insights.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to various audiences.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience in the financial services or benefits sector.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting user data.
Practical notes
- This position requires in-office presence in Birmingham two days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
