I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading provider of office technology and IT services . My clients are looking for skilled light Production Print FSE to cover areas within the Midlands. As this role is a hybrid position you must be happy to support and assist in the refurbishment of print devices too. Responsibilities: Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plus provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment Keeping up to date with all manufacturer service bulletins Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range Take responsibility for all parts stock Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve any problems by phone Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training Skills/Experience Required: All candidates must have experience as a field based engineer and be enthusiastic, polite, mechanically and i.t. literate, highly organized, plus have good customer communication skills.
