Part-Time Cleaner - Ullapool - £20.00 per Hour
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at professional banking premises in Ullapool. This is a long-term temporary position covering an ongoing vacancy, offering an excellent hourly rate of £20.00 and consistent part-time evening work.
Duties
General cleaning of offices, communal areas and facilities.
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
Cleaning and sanitising desks, surfaces and touchpoints.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
Cleaning toilets and replenishing consumables.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Work independently and complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard.
Follow site health and safety procedures.
Use the telephone-based time and attendance system.
Undertake keyholder duties and operate alarm systems where required.
Ensure the premises are left clean, tidy and secure.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working alone.
- Must provide valid right-to-work documentation.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and site security procedures.
- Comfortable undertaking keyholder responsibilities where required.
