Key Responsibilities- Cleaning office areas, toilets, and communal spaces
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working independently and following site procedures
- Using a telephone-based time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
- Acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems where required
- Must be able to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check (includes Right to Work, Identity, Employment History, and Criminal Record checks)
- Right to Work in the UK (must be presented at induction and mandatory)
- Comfortable with lone working
- Able to use an alarm panel and follow security procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willing to use a telephone clock-in system
- Individual PIN access allocated per candidate and updated weekly (non-transferable)
