Concept Resources are recruiting for a Cleaner to support services within a secure banking environment in Skegness. This role is covering additional workload requirements and offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
Duties:
- Cleaning banking hall, offices and staff areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning toilets and welfare facilities
- Waste removal and disposal
- Cleaning high-touch and customer-facing areas
- Ensuring all cleaning is completed in line with site and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable working alone and acting as a key holder
- Ability to operate alarm systems and follow site security procedures
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Right to Work in the UK
Mandatory Compliance Requirements:
- All candidates must successfully complete:
- DBS Check
- Adverse Financial Check
- Proof of employment history via GOV.UK service
- Right to Work verification
Candidates must bring valid Right to Work documentation to induction. Failure to provide this will result in the placement being withdrawn.
Additional Information:
- Telephone-based time and attendance clocking system is mandatory
- Security PINs are issued individually and updated weekly
- Ongoing work with potential to become permanent
- Start date to be confirmed following vetting clearance
