Shift Technician – Temporary Contract – Canary Wharf, London
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Pay Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
£19.00-21.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services systems
- Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns and technical issues
- Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately
- Support building operations to ensure service delivery meets client and regulatory standards
- Liaise with contractors and site teams when required
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Shift Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within commercial or corporate environments
- Strong understanding of building services including mechanical and electrical systems
- Relevant engineering or technical qualifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a shift team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
